Following quality testing steps are

Chemical Analysis
Materials are tested for various constituents using sophisticated equipment
like optical emission spectrometers, all with different combination of
bases. All the spectrometers are standardized before application. It is
ensured to use use right metal is used in process systems.
Mechanical Testing
A team of highly qualified and skilled personnel in combination with
state-of-the-art quality testing equipment undertakes complete testing like:

- Tensile Testing

Impact Testing
Premium quality impact testing machines are capable to conduct impact test
up to minus 196 Degree C.
Tensile Testing
Universal Testing Machine is used to test the metals with strength up to
1000 kN. TMT bars can be tested up to 30 mm capacity as per IS 1786 without
machining.
Hardness Testing
There a host of Hardness testing equipment duly calibrated by
internationally known auditors.
Micro Structure Testing
Micro structure testing is done through Image Analyzer.
Corrosion Testing
IGCT tests are carried out as per ASTM standards. Corrosion test like salt
spray is also done.
